JuraUp lets you delete your account and the data associated with it at any time, directly from the app or by email request.
Method 1: In-app deletion (recommended)
- Open the JuraUp app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to More → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm your decision.
Method 2: Email request
If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to support@juraup.app from the email address associated with your account. Include "Delete account" in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 days.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account enters a 30-day grace period.
- During the grace period: you can sign back in to recover your data.
- After 30 days: all your personal data is permanently deleted from our servers.
- Photos stored in our backup storage are deleted within 60 days.
What data is deleted
- Profile (name, email, age, weight, height)
- All medication doses, weight logs, meals, photos, journal entries, mood logs, supplements, vials, and side-effect logs
- All app preferences and settings
What data is retained
- Anonymised aggregate statistics (cannot be linked back to you)
- Audit logs of the deletion request itself (legal compliance, retained 90 days)
- Backup snapshots (purged on 60-day rotation)
